COCOBOD DIRECTS STAFF TO STAY AWAY FROM WORK TO CURB SPREAD OF COVID-19

For Immediate Release (23/03/2020)

Management of Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) has, effective Monday 23rd March, 2020 directed its staff to stay away from work for a week, as part of efforts to decongest various offices across the country to curb the spread of the COVID-19.

However, in order to ensure that the Board continues to provide essential services to its stakeholders, all Management, Medical and Core Staff are exempted from the directive. 

COCOBOD Management is, hereby, urging all staff to strictly adhere to all the precautionary measures put in place by Government on COVID-19 to stay safe and healthy. 

Meanwhile, COCOBOD has mounted automatic sanitizer dispensers at vantage points at its offices to control the spread of the pandemic.

COCOBOD is committed to providing a safe and conducive working environment for all its staff and key stakeholders
