PRESS RELEASE: OPENING OF 2022/23 MAIN CROP SEASON

It is hereby notified for the general information purchases of the 2022/23 Main Crop Season will commence on Friday, 7th October 2022.

The producer price to be paid at all buying centres is Three Hundred and Eighty-Four Ghana Cedis (GH₵384.00) per load of 30 kilograms for Grade I and II cocoa beans naked ex-scale or Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵800.00) per bag of 64 kilograms gross.

A tonne of 16 bags is Twelve Thousand, Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵12,800.00).
